About Hugh Brady (S)

Hugh is committed to providing thoughtful, client-focused guidance to help landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers navigate commercial real estate opportunities across Hawaii. 

Before transitioning into brokerage, Hugh worked as a Planner at Wilson Okamoto Corporation, supporting land use planning, zoning analysis, entitlement efforts, and due diligence for development projects across Hawaii.

Hugh graduated from Punahou School before earning his degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a four-year member of the university’s football team. His experience as a student-athlete continues to shape his approach to serving clients.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Hugh is passionate about building long-term relationships and finding commercial real estate solutions that support his clients’ goals. He is also conversational in Japanese.
